LOS ANGELES - An email from Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon's office suggests retaliation against a judge for not complying with the newly-elected DA's policy changes.
FOX 11's Bill Melugin obtained a screenshot showing an email from interim Chief Deputy DA Joseph Iniguez accusing the judge of showing prejudice against Gascon's office. Sources close to the situation told Melugin the email from Gascon's office to a prosecutor is ordering "clear retaliation" against Judge Shellie Samuels for not complying with Gascon's sweeping policy changes.
