Firefighters have this evening (Friday) extinguished a deliberate fire in a derelict building in Enniskilen.
The incident was attended by the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS), Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) and the PSNI.
Speaking to The Impartial Reporter, an NIFRS spokesman said: “The Fire Service received a call at 6.18pm [regarding] a fire in a derelict hotel, the former Railway Hotel, on Forthill Street, Enniskillen.
“Firefighters from Irvinestown, Lisnaskea and Enniskillen responded, a total of 17 personnel.
“Firefighters used six breathing apparatus sets, three jets and three thermal imaging cameras to extinguish the fire.
“The incident was dealt with by 7.08pm.
