Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses to a hit-and-run in Caistor that has left a 12-year-old boy with life changing injuries that will have a "devastating" impact on his life.
It was previously reported that the boy had been hit by a dark-coloured BMW while crossing Grimsby Road at around 9.50pm on Wednesday evening (28 April).
