An ATV accident Sunday afternoon in Elkton injured a man and his son.
Elkton Police Officer Jakop Smith says it happened about 3:30 p.m. on Weathers Avenue near Deborah Street and witnesses indicated a malfunction of the equipment caused the ATV to overturn, ejecting 39-year old Kevin Grace of Sharon Grove and his six-year-old son to the street.
Both sustained head injuries and were taken by EMS to Tennova Health Hospital in Clarksville.
The Todd County Rescue Squad assisted at the scene.
