Japanese officials warn that means north korea could possibly shoot an icbm with that bomb on it over its country. Now in a rare direct televised statement on state tv north koreas dictator kim jongun said that the president would pay dearly for his threats saying he is unfit to hold the perogative of supreme command of a country and surely a rogue in a gangster fond of playing with fire rather than a politician. Whatever trump might have expected he will face results beyond his expectation. I will surely and definitely tame the mentally deranged u. S. Daughter with fire it now just in case you didnt know it is a Senior Citizen who has become weak. Now north koreas foreign minister that they could launch a Hydrogen Bomb missile test in response saying this could probably mean the strongest Hydrogen Bomb test over the Pacific Ocean. President trump tweeting in response this morning, kim jongun of north korea obviously a madman, who does not mind starving or killing his people, will be tested like never before lets bring in former Trump Campaign coo jeff dewitt joins me now. This is really dangerous rhetoric. Japan warning to test this bomb north korea would have to shoot it over japan to hit the Pacific Ocean. Isnt that the danger here to go awry and strike japan or even china . Certainly no one wants that to happen. If i remember correctly back in the 60s when we were testing Hydrogen Bombs in the pacific we did it off of ships, so we would put a dummy ship out there so there are other ways to do it. Liz but why are we even talking about it . Thats the problem. Well were talking about it because previous president s have failed to control north korea and the problem keeps getting worse. What we finally have is a president whose standing up for america and standing up for our interest and of course now the north korean problem has grown to such an en potential level they have these Nuclear Weapons but its not a problem that will go away on its own. We have to do something. Liz theres literal actual physical fallout from a Hydrogen Bomb tested above ground in the Pacific Ocean thats the danger and jeff lets back up were looking at this list or beingly. The fight with north korea now is a war of words, a pap o grand a war and how do you stop it at that. Because weve been here before. Watch what happened in 1983. It was an extremely dangerous year of a Nuclear Arms Race with the soviet union. A war of words broke out between the u. S. And the soviet union over Nuclear Weapons that did not breakout into a nuclear war. 1983 was the year that saw the soviets shoot down a south korean airliner killing 269. A year that saw Ronald Reagan denounce the soviet union as the evil empire with soviet leader firing back calling reagan insane and a liar. Doesnt this sound familiar to what youre hearing now but watch this 1983 was also the year that the u. S. Well certainly a war of words is better than a war and as you pointed out sometimes these war of words can lead to treaties and other things that can solve the situation. The measures that were put in place by the Treasury Department yesterday are real and will have ramifications and probably have been very frustrating to north korea since that happened, so we are still doing everything we can as a country, diplomatically to put pressure on north korea and i guarantee that pressure is being applied by the measures that were just put in place and you look back and you think why was no one else done this before so look, with china now on board china ordering their banks not to do business with north korea, there is real teeth in the diplomatic measures that are happening and i really think that there could be still a diplomatic solution to this, but of course, when you have a dictator, like we see in north korea, hes going to want to look tough before he agrees to anything anyways, so i still think there are many ways out that wont result in loss of life. Liz yeah its a good point. I mean our president is doing exactly what he needs to do to get there. Liz and the danger is also south korea and japan could become Nuclear States as well we dont know but this is what were looking at right now. Jeff, now theres this story for you the Trump Administration ramping up the travel ban. We which sought to bar all travel from six countries that are terror hotspots and even more targeted restrictions coming in the order creates limits that vary by nation and likely affects eight or Nine Countries including cambodia and jeff what do you think of these new ramped up restrictions here . Dont forget the current travel bans are set to expire sunday i believe and so these are measures that are put in place to keep those going and they are going to be obviously tailored now to what we seen in the courts and tailored to add additional countries. Look this is about keeping america safe. This is something that the president promised on the campaign trail that he would do put america first, keep america safe this is about keeping terrorists from getting on american soil, so i dont know how anybody could have a problem with these measures. These are all countries that have sponsored terrorism within their borders that have people trying to get here so this is about keeping our neighborhoods safe plain and simple. I fully agree with the president liz i hear what youre saying turning to obamacare reform senator john mccain cannot support the new attempt to replace obamacare saying i can not in good conscience vote for the Graham Cassidy proposal. I believe we could do better working together, republicans and democrats and they have not yet really tried for a bipartisan effort nor could i support this will without knowing how much it will cost, how it will affect premiums how many people will be helped or hurt by it without a full cvo score that wont be available by the end of the month. Okay so weve got rand paul and susan collins, jeff saying they too likely wont vote for the Graham Cassidy bill. What happens now . Well you know, what disappoints me at least republicans are trying to do something. The democrats when mccain wants to work with the democrats the democrats are doing nothing to move the ball forward, so at least republicans are doing something. Is this will perfect . No by all means it is not but is it a step in the right direction yes, it is and it puts more power back in the states and im all for states rights so look i think we need to do this will and then keep working to make it better. I think its something that should happen but to vote no because youre not getting the perfect bill, i dont know if in the history of the senate theyve ever passed the perfect bill, so waiting for that is never going to happen so i disagree and i think we need to get this done but i do think we need to keep working past this because obviously a bomb a care is a disaster and weve got to do more to protect our hard working taxpayers. What do you think of the Media Coverage right now in this story you know, its fascinating and i think the media being on the left typically enjoys seeing republican on republican battles and this is quite a messy primary as its turning out to be but i think the main thing to think about it is this. President trump is really 5 0 in elections when he supports a candidate and one thing that i think everyone will attest to is he supports the people that support him, so this is obviously going to be kind of a litmus test in alabama for this theres a lot of other factors involved but the president is standing by his commitment and hes a very loyal manas ive seen time and time again and look, his support will sway elections. Theres no question about it. The president has a very very powerful voice among the Republican Party so you know a lot lies in this election right now. Its always disappointing myself being a life long republican when we have really bad battles in our own party, but i think well come out stronger and you know, i admire the president because he is a man of his words liz he is. Cbs, you know a number of other networks espn, nbc, fox, they could lose big if the viewership goes down. Some analysts on wall street, curt saying theres 2. 5 billion in ad revenue this season for the nfl. If theres a 10 shortfall, i mean that could be a hit of 200 million there, right . Well you already are talking about youve got to remember something this money has already been spent by the espn of the world. The television packages they purchase were in the billions and its why nfl franchises the values have gone through the roof. Viewership is down for all the reasons you think its down. Its down because the league is supporting a very antiamerican agenda, a stance which is i dont, it confuses me. I dont certainly dont have a problem with players doing the things theyre doing to use the platforms theyre using but when you see it start affecting eight year old kids kneeling at Football Games for reasons they had no idea its the opposite i was raised. Respect the flag and country and make your own way and that appears together something we no longer do but thats what capitalism does. Well the organization hosting the event is actually berkeley patriots and a conservative newspaper on campus but of course theres always protests weve seen fliers around campus suggesting we should shutdown and steve bannon for hate speeches but i have to say im actually surprised that Janet Napolitano is concerned about Financial Issues after she routinely squanders the hard working taxpayer dollars of californiaans on undocumented student coordinators on every camp that helps with legal issues for undocumented students up to 8 million spent every year and i have a solution for her. Maybe we could use a slush fund of over 100 million she uses for lavish trips and expenses and parties on protecting free speech on College Campuses. This is a problem the university of california system created on its own. Weve seen this in every College Campus where they protest conservative speaker. The thing is now whats striking is if Berkeley University is using tuition to pay for security, for academics who are not doing what their job of teaching the importance of free speech, i mean, do you see that what the roundtrip here thats happening . I mean what is going on with janet Janet Napolitano and the academics there in teaching the value of free speech . Well of course the left never accepts selfresponsibility. Im not surprised theyre not taking ownership for creating antifa to begin with but this project of creating safe space and trigger warnings is meant to blur the lines between violence and speech and to clarify speech in action so they can justify hitting you over the head as they disagree with you because they believe speech is considered violent so for example, when she gives a speech at uc berkeley they say that speech is violent and there for its necessary to bash him over the head for it. The people that are addicted its sad to say but its going to be very hard to stop those people and get them turned around but were not even working on the kids that are in grade school. They had three babies born in my jail. The last one was born in the toilet and these are to addicted mothers and i have 12 women pregnant in my jail and of the 12 they have 35 babies and theyre all addicted mothers and its that way all over the country but ohio is taking the bullet, period.
