Making money. Charles its a huge day for markets. The s p on pace for record close. Were officially halfway through earnings season. Guess what, folks. We are enjoying life. People are buying stuff they dont but what they want. Check out some huge winners from earnings season. Recreational vehicles. Snowmobiles. Motorcycles, electric sportscaster. These stocks have made gigantic moves last couple weeks. People sprucing up inside of their homes, rather than the kind of projects weve seen more recently if recent years, where people were making house easier to sell. Were buying furniture stocks. Check that out. They made mon store moves, Mohawk Carpet maker. If youre worried this looks like 2007. This time were not buying stuff refinancing our hours three or four times and using the credit card. Scott, im loving the action. Forget about how Many Companies missed a beat. Im looking companies react. Mohawk through the roof. Winnebago through the roof. The stocks dont move unless people have bigtime discretionary money. I agree, charles. The market to some degree got off sides. Harleydavidson is another great one. We had good under the radar indicators, you noted in your lead, really how good the consumer buying all that stuff they dont need. Another one indicator to me is sports equipment. Im out golfing with guys, playing tennis. Nice are not hitting driver as well as they like to. They buy a new driver. Buy a new set of clubs, tennis rackets. Things at fingerprints. Amazon another stock we obviously own we are picking up on today. Not so great. Earnings numbers. Food revenue numbers, hit on lows and pop. The market is treating these guys well. Charles another official read on Consumer Sentiment today. Lasseter race came from university of michigan. The important thing to highlight is we anticipate higher wages, lower inflation. 2. 3 . That is alltime record. Higher incomes are expected nearly 2 3 of all households. When you combine both of these, were at a record, alltime record, rob, with respect to people looking for low inflation, higher incomes. That is pretty good combination . Yeah. I agree, charles. Another great indicator is scott there. Scott sounding like a bull. Everybody is buying into this market now. That is the time to sell, right . Charles hold on one second, guys, while i call my broker. Buy, buy. This thing is, look at polaris for example. You talk about the last week up 38 yeartodate. Winnebago up 138 yeartodate. Doing that in the face of 25 aluminum and steel tariffs, charles. If we get a deal, roll back tariffs, sky is the limit with some names. Theyre still way off where they were in 2008. I think there is a lot of opportunity Going Forward. Things look good in our opinion. Charles we started with some positives. Scott, you brought up amazon. Listen, it is tough to understand they missed on bottom line, beat on the top line. Theyre spending a whole lot of money to buildout. Ironic in many ways, before everyone in retail had to catch up to them. Feels like now, scott theyre trying to catch up to the walmarts of the world. So obviously youre saying buy more. Doesnt change your mind about the stock . No and i think that was a huge gift this morning seeing the stock down 6 , 7 early on. It was the gift you should be giving for christmas. Dont buy stuff off amazon, give somebody amazon stock. I think at these levels, it is very attractive. Youre right, charles. Theyre playing a little bit of a different game. Talk about oneday shipping costing them. Amazon web services, we saw from some microsoft numbers, microsoft is catching up, leading in fact. Even advertising stuff, that amazon is doing is very good. They have competitors there too. We love the stock. I think amazon, some of these other ones that pull back, crazy idea. Rob mentioned it. Talk about bullish, i think twitters pullback is interesting indicator we could jump in there too on something pulls back as twitter did. When these stocks pull back 20 plus percent. That is the time to buy, they rise again. Charles rob, potential making new high for the s p, what it means. Does it create a greater sense of urgency for those folks on the sidelines . It means a lot, charles. Yearend target is 3100. Were 3 away. China deal will get us there. Seasonality. Is great time to buy stocks. We could absolutely wind up pushing above that if we get a deal done here. Charles scott, rob, stand by for a minute. President trump was talking about china trade before making his way to south carolina. After the u. S. And china trade teams held a call. China asking to roll back tariffs supposed to go back in december. Edward lawrence live with more. Edward . Reporter positive news coming out of the phone conversation. The two sides of the trade team spoke. U. S. Trade Representatives Office after the phone conversation theyre close to finalizing the language in the phase one deal on a number of sections. Chinese trade sources tell us they were planning on asking the u. S. Trade delegation to roll back or repeal the tariffs on december 15th. That is 15 on 300 billion, the rest of the 300 billion, the stuff which buy for christmas. Chinese asked for that. Something President Donald Trump seemed to confirm when leaving the white house today, listen. Were doing very well with china. Were very good with the farmers. The farmers will do better, maybe than anybody. Everybody is doing well. China wants to make a deal. They would like to see some reductions in tariffs. They would like to see tariffs scheduled to go on very soon. They would like to see them not go on. China, you know it. They really want to make a deal. They will be buying much more Farm Products than anybody ever thought possible. Reporter u. S. Trade representative Robert Lighthizer saying that there would be continuous conversations at the deputy level trying to get this done. A future phone call in the near future between the two heads of the trade delegations it is clear from progress of trade talks, that the Vice President s speech did not have the impact on the trade progress that came out today. The Vice President s chief of staff said we could still have progress with direct conversation with the chinese, listen. Today u. S. Trade representative mark short came out to say chinese need to have that real conversation with the chinese on those other sectors, human right abuses and some other things. And as well as, in a separate issue Going Forward with trade where we Work Together with them. Today the u. S. Trade Representatives Office releasing another list of a tariff exemptions. This is another big list of exemptions. It has big items on it. Companies can get tariffs back that they have already paid for back from september of 2018 on this. So again, a big win, goodwill going on. Looks like progress on trade. Charles . Charles edward, thank you very much. Talk about the trade situation. Market is hoping this would happen. It will come in stages. Go with the first stage, bring the markets guest back. Rob, start with you. December, now that december 15th number looks like lowhanging fruit for both sides. President trump could, he has got motivation not to want to put tariffs on toys, things like that as well. So if that does happen, china buys more things, in other words if we keep going in the direction that were going in now, what does it mean for this market . Yeah. I think it is all positive. What is interesting. We were mentioning some of this recapture on some of the tariffs that were paid back in 2018. So that could be forward earnings momentum for Companies Like polaris and winnebago. That means a lot. Nobody wants to kill christmas, charles. I think we get a deal done. I think this is a staged deal. I dont think everything will get done into december. If we see positive momentum that will carry us into the new year. That is good if youre a long term investor. Charles there was so much skepticism about phase one. Wall street has been skeptical about this because it bakes the bar lower and lower. A lot of experts are saying phase one is no big deal. Handicap us what we need for phase two . Nothings easy, number one. As far as this deal goes, phase one is an accomplishment. I am one of those guys, charles, has been kind of negative on it. I really didnt think we would get this far this fast after the meeting from a couple weeks ago. But so far looks okay. Now i think youre right though. As you talked about with edward. I think we need really concrete plans Going Forward. I think phase two is enforcement. With respect to Technology Transfer which is obviously a big deal, currency manipulation. There has to be enforceable rules where they cant get away with stuff. We told them not to do that stuff for a while. They have still done it. We havent done anything. There has to be enforceable points phase two, maybe, that will change the flavor of this deal a little bit. Maybe make the markets more confident to robs point why this may work out better for all the Companies Involved versus this titfortat the last 18 months. Charles when the news broke about this, were moving further along, the stage is perfectly set up for president s trump an xi to have a good meeting down in south america, sign something or move it even further, a lot of names down this earnings season made pretty good moves. Ibm is making a good move. 3m, caterpillar. Scott, you talked about buying stocks that got hammered. Is that a move to look at some names down during the earnings period, not ones that went up but gone down, names certainly associated with trade. Yes, because the outlook is relatively good. Like i said in the case of twitter, cat, another one we talked about on your show is deere, that has been a great one, those names get overdone to the downside. Twitter is not worse 20 less than this week. Maybe it was extenned before that. You see pullbacks, areas come down the intel another one. Those are areas to me, if im putting cash to work even as i do for client today, mentioned with amazon, that stuff reacted overly to the downside is places i would put my money, not so much chase some stuff that is popping. Charles rob, your thoughts on that, some stocks gotten hit, big name stocks gotten hit this earnings season . I completely agree with scott. 3m is name weve owned. Were adding to the position here. A stock had struggles. The stock is up 3 today. It totally lagged. You dont want to chase utility stocks here, Real Estate Investment trusts, proctor gambles of the world up 50 over the last year. Going forward that will not get it done. Look at names that have lagged being much better strategy for investors. Charles scott, rob, youre the best. Thank you very. Appreciate it. Thanks, charles. Charles President Trump getting ready to take the stage to address criminal Justice Reform at historically black Benedict College. Joe biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren will also speak that there weekend. The man who helped plan the president s address, john burnett. John, a long time, great seeing you. Good to be back. Charles this is absolutely phenomenal. When you sent me the poster, i never thought i would see a poster with President Trump, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders in the same poster with criminal Justice Reform. The president earned this one, creating great market in terms of jobs, getting people back to work. Here is the strategic mind set. He is looking at certain policies. We know about the 94 clinton crime bill. It decimated the black community. One of the priorities coming into the white house was criminal Justice Reform. He got the First Step Act passed last december. The First Step Act is reducing recidivism. Also reducing sentencing for lowlevel crimes, giving people a Second Chance. We are a great nation. We are not a nation that should be focused on incarceration. Charles involves retraining and thinks like that as well. Before they get out. Actually when they get back home. The reason why we have 50 recidivism rate, where are the jobs an opportunity, right . Get them trained on the path before they get released, as well as when they get back. Charles good news job openings are there. Seven million jobs opening begging for people with the skills to do them. I know that some reports i read in the last year or two, some of these industries hiring nonviolent felons, theyre so grateful. They come to, early. They work late. They dont take an hour lunch. Theyre the most dependable workers they have. They realize you know what . A Second Chance charles sometimes a Second Chance a last chance. True indeed. Charles we have the First Step Act. What is the next step. Build on that. President trump is a businessman. He understands not just issues and silos but he connects things together. You connecting criminal Justice Reform with a robust hiring economy. Keeping it going. Also, boosting entrepreneurial opportunities. Making sure you bring all those things together, you can actually not only build communities but build families and build the individual. All three are connected. Charles what i find interesting, some in the media have given President Trump credit inincluding van jones, for the most part he is still billed a racist that doesnt care about black people. That rankles him personally. Yet he is still pushing for this. It is really interesting, because it is one of these things that, i think it would surprise most americans if they understood the depths of what he has taken so far. I appreciate you, charles. Making sure its a topic on your show. Where is president speaking today . Historically black college. Charles he has done stuff for historically black colleges. Working with betsy devos, she wrote off 300 million to a handful of historically black colleges decimated because of katrina. That happened years ago. They wrote off the loans. That actually helped those colleges. In addition to increasing funding for all hbcus. Education, criminal Justice Reform, entrepreneurship, jobs, he is doing it all, charles. Including affordable housing. All these things are being addressed under President Trump. We need to tell the story. Charles you know what . Im happy for americans in general. We want everyone to be a part of this tide. The tied is lifting. You deserve some credit. You dont want to take a lot. I will give you a little bit. Youve been helping. Appreciate it. Charles dont leave the tie around. I love it. Fox, business alert for you, you may not love. The federal deficit surging to its highest point in seven years. The government reporting moments ago, 26 increase over 2018, topping 984 billion. By the way the jump a result from the 2017 tax cuts. Almost a trillion bucks, folks. Well monitor President Trumps criminal justice speech. Well bring you any headlines he makes. There is growing emotional scar if you will from chinas unfair trade policies that really decimating our country. Well take a closer look how beijings unfair trade practices not only crushed our manufacturing jobs over the past few years. But Ripple Effects will dash society for many decades, dashing hopes and dreams for many americans. The crime of the 21st century, what you need to know to protect yourself from others, elder financial abuse. It is growing. Well address later in the show. This is the age of expression. Everyone has something to say. But in a world full of talking, shouldnt somebody be listening . So. Lets talk. We are edward jones. With one Financial Advisor per office, were built for hearing whats important to you. One to one. Edward jones. Its time for investing to feel individual. But you dont feel good. From packaging tape. To tape that can bond materials to buildings. And planes. One idea can unlock a breadth of solutions. At 3m, we are solving problems that improve lives. Charles china trade policies are taking economic and emotional tolle on americans. Since china entered World Trade Organization in 2001, we lost three Million Manufacturing jobs. As the trade deal continues to move along between the United States and china, a focal point should be mounting losses an continued emotional scars of americans. I want to bring in independent womens Forum Director hadley heath manning. There is a new paper out that talks about this, one of the lines really shook me, consistent with prominent psychological accounts, male idleness, premature mortality, rising share of mothers unwed and share of children living below poverty and single head family households. Hadley, im hoping, i think well get some sort of trade agreement but every lasting effects of all those jobs that are gone i think gave rise to the Opioid Crisis and more. How do we fix that . Ai guy with you, charles, 100 . I was mentioning opioids, idleness, drug abuse, mortality. These are big problems, we know on the family formation side. There is challenge for both young men who may not be employed or employable and young women who are seeking employed and employable men in the marriage market. We see declining marriage and fertility rates. These are big problems for our country. Certainly globalization, immigration and trade are playing a role. These are things when you look at the 30,000foot view of free trade or immigration policies, yes, free trade is a wonderful thing. It creates prosperity. It creates efficiencies. It allows countries to specialize in trade goods and services with one another. However, below the surface, these policies can create winners and losers. We do know the job market, the labor market and wages for especially men and in jobs that create manufacturing jobs in particular, when those go away, there is a vacuum there. We have to ask ourselves as a country, what will we do about that . Do we have the infrastructure in place to help workers transition, retool, retrain, respond to the trade shocks that have sort of a Ripple Effect on our economy and our society. Charles as a part of this, William Julius wilson wrote when work disappears in 1996 how it impacted young black americans, particularly males. J. D. Vance, hillbilly elegy, crisis 20 years later, young white males, the crisis theyre in as well. It is scary stuff, because takes a long time to reverse that. I want to ask you about this. Chucker made a proposal, to combat climate change, 450 billion, would incentivize americans to switch from gas gas powered cars to electric vehicles. You used the term free markets. People just dont want them. I hear all these automakers saying they will spend billions to build factories to make electric vehicles. They must know at some point government will force us to take these cars . Yeah. Certainly. That is always an issue when big business and Big Government get together. We have seen the failure of so many other Green Energy Programs that have gone down the same path. However, i would challenge you on the fact that consumers dont want them. I think there is a subset of consumers are interested in social implications and long term environmental implications of driving an electric car. It is status symbol i think for some people. However, i also challenge the electric car industry from the environmental perspective. These are not zero emissions vehicles. Just because no emissions come out of the tail pipe doesnt mean there were zero emissions made in powering, recharging of vehicles or creation of batteries which can be heavy charles great point. So from a bigger perspective i do believe that the free market can work here. I think there is innovations that can help us create a cleaner, safer, healthier planet. When government gets in the way it is bad for all of us. Charles leave you with one word, the leaf. Thats two words. Great stuff. Always fantastic conversation. Thank you very much. Thank you so much, charles. Were watching s p as it sort of tickles, plays around with a record close f it happens it would be the 14th time this year. Elizabeth warren wants to remake the capitalism system. There is growing questions about the health care plan. That is coming from both sides of the political aisle and how she will pay for medicare for all. Right now it doesnt add up, i think its a makeorbreak moment for her political ambitions. My Political Panel will debate it next. [ orchestral music playing ] mom youve got to get yourself a new car. I wish i could save faster. Youre making good choices. Youll get there. Liberty mutual customizes your Car Insurance so you only pay for what you need. I love you only pay for what you need. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Liberty. Charles president ial candidate Elizabeth Warren says she will be announcing her health care plan, more importantly how to pay for it, quote, soon. So where is the funding going to come from and whether or not this will raise taxes on middle class is a big question. Joining me democratic strategist david brown, from fox news, contributor deneen borelli. Warren, this is her makeorbreak moment. She created it. Her rivals, her democratic rivals have exploited it, she will really have to find a way to explain this . Charles, youre certainly helping the other candidates with that talking point. Look i think it is important she address it because i think otherwise she risks ceding a talking point to donald trump come the general election. Well see what she comes out with. I trust the senator she will have a plan. She has a plan. This is interesting political quandary for her, to date she is effective drawing Progressive Left primary voters away from Bernie Sanders while also doing her mighty evident to straddle the line and pull moderates away from Vice President biden. If you look at the civics poll came out this week, 28 leading the pack in iowa among primary voters but Pete Buttigieg is in second place with 20 . It is striking when you think about the debate, how the mayor took on senator warren for medicare for all. Ascendency to the polls. Whether its a correlation this is important political question for her to address. Charles deneen, i dont know with respect to Elizabeth Warren about medicare for all but the fact she made a pledge. People want to see how you make this true. Her credibility is on the line and it is not the first time. Let me say Elizabeth Warren has mad skills when it comes to evading answering questions. She is having a tough time just answering how she is going to pay for this medicare for all utopia. She is not being forthright, forthcoming, charles. Even Bernie Sanders said the taxes will go up on the middle class. She was backing his initiative early on. Now she is kind of backpedaling. I was reading there are reports on the table there are options to raid entitlement programs, to raid our Veterans Affairs. I mean, come on. How desperate, a, is Elizabeth Warren and b, what in the world are we talking about raiding Veterans Affairs . They need all the money they can get. Charles she needs to find 34 trillion somewhere. You brought up Bernie Sanders, both of you, calling out joe biden accepting superpac donations in an effort, quote to buy the election. Take a listen. Joe biden didnt have to convince me to not take not start a superpac. We have a situation today where billionaires can spend as much money as they want to elect candidates who represent the wealthy and the powerful. Charles david, your thoughts . Look i think it is pretty interesting. Vice President Biden posted numbers that werent particularly great in q3. He heads into the Fourth Quarter of this year with less than 9 million cash on hand. Bernie sanders obviously has significant amount of money, more than that, as does Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren. Charles is he a hypocrite, need money and will take superpac money. I i dont i think he is a hypocrite. He is smart politician shun to make his total hypocrite, charles. When you look at senator sanders, about 60 of his fundraising comes from small dollar donors. President biden less than that. Is he third. There is miss. Charles dinnen, i stand for this, and i wont take superpac money until i need it, is that how you govern . Will you put a finger in the wind to see which way it blows. Come on, charles . Shows you how desperate these politicians are. With joe biden the blunders continue. Remember joe 330, whatever it was he was trying to get out there . Charles im running so heavy on this show from earlier segments. I want to bring you both back. David, youre frustrated. Well hash this out before the election. I look forward to it, charles. Charles Older Americans spent their lives investing for their retirement. Only now to become increasingly targeted. Bloomberg is reporting talks between facebook and state attorneys generals. Allegations are that they sold data to third parties. No idea why the stocks may have stalled. Being called the crime of 21st 21st century. One study finds between 2013 and 17, people over the age of 70 lost an average of 41,800 to elder financial exploitation. The losses are higher when the scammer is a Family Member or a friend. How do you protect yourself and loved ones . Cpa financial expert, guru, is with us. Dan is also a University Professor who teach as course on Forensic Accounting and fraud. You are a perfect guest. Its a tough topic. How do people protect themselves . If we step back, charles, what i teach in my class at montclair state university, how fraud happens. It is based upon trust. That is makes it so difficult in many situations to be able to stop it. Because were not just talking about the scammer who call as senior on the phone. Were talking about someone in a position of trust, could be a family friend, could be a caretaker, could be a child. Then of course we have those licensed professionals, whether it is financial planners, insurance agents, lawyers and accountants also take advantage of their clients. Charles how does someone protect themselves . All the headlines. Elder financial abuse, multibillion dollar problem. Elderly scammed by their own Family Members. To your point, trusted professionals target assets of americas elderly. How does someone protect themselves . There is number of ways here, charles. To begin with we have to educate seniors. Parents, grandparents, so on. You have to sit down and you have to make them understand the potential dangers that are out there. Now finra has done a couple things to try to protect seniors. First, they have added a trusted contact into the file so if there is some type of activity that doesnt look right, they can call someone else, Family Member, so on, hey, this doesnt look right. Charles right. In addition they have also allowed for brokerages, to be able to put a stop on suspicious transactions for a period of 15 days in order to have time to investigate these things, charles. So it is like, when you have a charge on your credit card, all of sudden it doesnt go through. We have found that some of these Financial Institutions by the way, have been complicit in allowing transactions dont seem right to go through. Charles right. So we need more activity coming from the other side when things just look right. Charles do you think that finra, others maybe should market, these things exist . Because if you just dont know better i was reading about some very wealthy person who his account was churned for 6 million. The firm said they didnt know, to your point. But, this is, this was relatively sophisticated person . Charles, it literally can happen to anyone. The reason i say that, it goes back to the fraudsters are people who are in a position of trust. Charles right. And that is how theyre able to pull these things off but there is no question in my mind, that the Financial Institutions have to get out there and educate their clients. They have to keep a tighter rein on what their agents and representatives are doing. Charles right. We need to tighten things up. Youre talking about potentially, i saw one report over 30 billion a year being scammed from our seniors. It is just not right. Charles thank you so much for sharing your expertise. Good to see you, my friend. Thank you, charles. Charles were following the market. Played around with alltime high, record alltime high. We could get it before the close. It was a vision in 1996. It finally happened. Talking about the megamall in new jersey. They call it the American Dream. Most of the studios are backing this app. There is an investment for you, right . Charles really is. I cant wait to see that one. Im stoked. I may join us this time. Meantime cheryl, well watch you. The skating rink behind my, this is an nhl size skating rink. It will open in phases not all at once. We looked at nickelodeon universal experience, a theme park on the other side. Before the end of the year is over, come with me over here. There is a water park. Its a dreamworks themed water park that will be open by the end of the year. This ski slope that you mentioned. Will be open by november. Retail will be online, march 2020. I asked the ceo of the project, can you wait another Christmas Season to do it . He said we waited this long. He started laughing. It is a longterm investment. We think it will all basically pay off. Today was sort of a soft opening on some of the pieces, about 2500 people attended. They seem to have a good time. The question is, pricing, you come to get the experience, you have too pay for parking. 50 a head to get in here for a family of four, that is about 200 to try some of these activities for all the access. Well see if it resonates with people. It is five minutes away, pardon me, five miles from manhattan. It will take a little longer to get there. Charles. Charles you changed me a little. I wasnt interested, im thinking where do i put my bags if i do the water slide . Thank you very much. Looks exciting. Well see you soon. Reporter that is a good question. Charles markets wrapping up the week in the green. Not because of six stocks that you heard about, that carried market for years. The stocks that the market ignored. You know the names. Well discuss them next. No commission. No matter what you trade, at fidelity youll pay no commission for online u. S. Equity trades. At fidelity youll pay no Commission Charles stocks are moving higher today thanks in large part to solid profits in chip maker intel. We continue to inch closer to alltime highs in the s p and are on pace to get there perhaps by the close. We are doing this without the big momentum names that we have relied on for so long, amazons of the world, they are not the ones lifting us anymore. Joining me Heather Zumarraga and ne neilan jones. Communications is a brand new sector with all these old names, charter communications, comcast, verizon, at t, over 100 years old. They are beating, beating the new school names, facebook, alphabet, netflix of the world. I think its wonderful. It adds credibility to this rally and durability to this rally. I think its good for the audience to know you dont have to be in six hot stocks. And shouldnt be in just six hot stocks, by the way. I think thats an excellent observation. We are coming to this as a longterm investor with a longtime horizon. We want to be diversified. What your observation shows, it speaks to the Overall Health of this bull market. Yes, things are slowing down in terms of earnings, but we still think this bull has much longer to rally because of solid economic fundamentals that lifts all sectors. Charles heather . Your thoughts . Yeah, i totally agree. I think its great to see earnings across the board. Int intel, for example, was not a leader for a very long time. Their outlook was very positive. The stock is popping, its beating both the top and bottom line. The Semiconductor Sector may be back despite some of the trade uncertainty and visa signaling a very strong consumer. Thats very important for the markets to continue higher. Charles glad you brought up intel and the semis. Yesterday, i think maybe the stock, could be lam research because they get so much business from china and had a blowout quarter, showing you can make money even during a trade war. Its a good mix. You do still have some growth but again, you have these names that some people have said they are old, stodgy, not hot and exciting. I find, you deal with a lot of individual investors, your firm does, that people want to get in the market but want something hot and exciting and its going to pop right away. Often in industries they have no idea how it even works. You know, this is one of the most common mistakes investors make. They are trying to time the market, trying to follow the trends, trying to buy, you know, the top performers. Many times, the top performers are very expensive. You are buying at the top so you have to be really careful and circumspect when trying to add quality in this market. We think that the markets going to be more volatile even as it rises so there is an opportunity to put cash to work. Keep cash on hand, first of all, then buy the dips when we know theres going to be this normal course of volatility ahead. Charles we are close to alltime high in the s p. If this last hour of trading has been like the week, we could get there today. Does that change the dynamics, the urgency for people to be in this market . Well, i think that anybody who was short the market, now piling in. I mean, look at amazon, for example. That was hit hard yesterday after hours. People are saying you know, wait a minute, maybe if i sell it now, ill have to just buy it back higher. Yall know it was a miss. The revenue, its still there. They are advertising 45 growth is still there, the consumer is still strong. I saw Jackie Deangelis out at that big mall. Nordstrom just opening a 320,000 foot square foot store in new york. I think as long as we have some trade certainty coupled with the consumer were just fine. Charles we got to leave it there. Thank you both very much. Cheryl, we are up 160 dow points but i think you could take us over the top before the day is over. Cheryl im looking for just a couple points, and we will have an s p record closed, fingers crossed. Have a great weekend. We have a lot of breaking news that could be happening in this hour. And likely will, because it is the countdown and anything happens during this show. 48,000 United Auto Workers on pins and needles at this hour as they await vote results for a new contract with general motors. A yes result could end the 40day old strike at any minute. We will have a complete update as we await that final tally. That could break at any moment during this hour. The other breaking story we are following, wall street. The s p 500 is closing in on a new record high. We are just a couple points away
