Federal appeals panel denies Fouts' request for expedited review – Macomb Daily

The U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals denied a request from Warren Mayor James Fouts to expedite review of his lawsuit, originally filed in August, that sought to add him to the ballot and alleged violation of his civil rights.
