<p><span>Following consultations with the SEC staff, we temporarily </span><a href="https://www.finra.org/rules-guidance/rule-filings/sr-finra-2020-030">withdrew</a><span> from SEC consideration our rule filing establishing specialized arbitration panels for expungement requests so that we can further consider whether modifications to the filing are appropriate.</span></p>
