Four injured Friday in two-vehicle crash near Lake Lillian, Minnesota

Four people suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a head-on crash reported Friday on Minnesota Highway 7. Two passengers were ejected from one of the vehicles, according to the Minnesota State Patrol's report.
