We have an alleged note left behind, some say it was a suicide note left for his son, some reports with other Media Outlets his cell phone was found, we are not too sure where, when or how that was found. That could reveal some information. What we are talking about here, trying to understand not only what the motive was, very important and certainly to those victims and the victims families, but also what he was planning afterwards, if anything. So, looking at his kind of electronic footprints, as well as other information that could be gleaned from his neighbors, from his family, could give indication whether or not this was a oneway trip where he was committing the shooting and taking his own life, or plans to do something afterwards. And i think, sandra, if we start having authorities and start looking at things such as online purchases, bank records, what was he doing, buying supplies, buying tarps, other equipment that would suggest that he had a plan afterwards. And reminded the middle of the fall season, colors are changing, a beautiful time of year. Maine, a place many would say would least expect this. But this has turned their world upside down and you can see the large number of people that are involved in this ongoing search. Theres going to be some screening and some divers actually in the water and they start on this side by the boat launch and will continue on this side. I would also say that while this is going to look like a major focus with a lot of people, we have a lot of other irons in the fire. So im not saying the suspect, we know the suspect is in the water and this is what we are doing. Sandra this just makes the search even wider. It does, sandra. And listened to the News Conference, there was not much discussion about the much broader search for him in surrounding areas or nearby states or could he have escaped and taken another vehicle. It does seem from what authorities are able to piece together is that they feel as though he is there, either he is deceased and followed through perhaps on the suicide note, whether it was a ploy, something he thought of at the time and then changed his mind about it. So they seem to be focusings in and around that area where he lived and where the shootings took place. So, as you said, its extremely challenging and i think as authorities start searching the wilderness, its not willy nilly to send people off looking for him but they need a focused view, what he was planning, maybe what his trail was leading him to and thats where they are talking about going down by the river. Thats the last place, thats where his car was, allegedly missing boat that he had was located, so thats focusing in on there, a bit more intent than other places, at least from the News Conference. As far as the fbi, what are they bringing to this investigation, bill . You know, sandra, for the fbi in supporting role, a broad breadth of support. So the Behavioral Analysis unit can start to piece together these various elements that come more into their hands as i said from all these different factors and maybe give a sense as to again not what drove him to commit these heinous crimes but also what he may be thinking or doing afterwards. But certainly if they are going to increase the raids into gaza they want to limit the ability for people inside the strip to communicate and give any sort of indication where the israeli troops will be located. We are just northeast of the gaza strip, and there are a number of artillery units, located in this area. And they have been firing throughout the day. Some Cluster Munitions in an open area, but also they have clearly been taking outbuildings and infrastructure. Before the sun went down, we could see the clouds of smoke rising from the gaza skyline and its not just the artillery, but also the airstrikes that are hammering different positions along the gaza strip. We can also confirm the strikes are not just targeting infrastructure above ground, but also below ground. There will be times where the iron dome fails and those explosions you hear in the distance, those are interceptions. This is not, based on the information we have been able to confirm tonight, the Ground Invasion that is highly anticipated that will include thousands of israeli soldiers. It is indicative the israelis are continuing their operations they have done the past 48 hours. And some details what they look like, we have video of thompson released by the Israeli Military. They will go into gaza, starting with d9 armored bulldozers, enter the strip into palestinian territory, those bulldozers will be followed by tanks and apcs and infantry troops. The specific brigade conducting the cross border raids was a brigade trained to do just that, enter, destroy targets and leave. Thats what they have been doing. Israelis say they have been successful raids. When i was speaking to the Defense Minister, thats artillery in the distance, the raids are used to do a few things. The main thing to destroy the hamas and islamic cells, in the event of a larger operation, and meant to destroy antitank guided missiles that belong to hamas and Islamic Jihad, and used to target Israeli Forces and the third to gather intelligence. They have gathered intelligence on the location of hostages. We have not confirmed the statements, they have not provided more details if they have gotten information or located hostages. But are trying to gather information on another thing, what they are going to face, what its going to look like when the thousands of soldiers from the brigade and the other units along the border, what its going to look like when they entered the gaza strip. They understand this will be bloody, urban warfare. They will be facing a situation that looks very similar to when the Western Coalition entered mosul when it was controlled by isis. They will face car bombs, roadside bombs, ieds, ambushes, rpgs, we understand after viewing the weapons ourselves, were created in gaza because remember how all of this started.
