They want more support and more staff. They want higher pain. Its interesting because some of the strikers are making well above the average salary per housekeeper at a hotel in america. The average salary is 15 an hour. Some of these strikers make 28 an hour. Its not just about pay. Its about workload and the ability to have Job Security as well. Its symbolic.
