Fury as Harry Redknapp's plans to demolish seaside hotel and replace it with huge Art Deco-style apartment block are set for approval despite local opposition

The 'architecturally important' Elstead Hotel in Bournemouth, Dorset, is set to be bulldozed for a five-storey building with 59 apartments by a firm owned by Harry Redknapp (pictured).
