Federal Ministry of Justice Germany published draft bill Whistleblower Protection Act Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz HinSchG to implement obligations under EU Whistleblowing Directive. Legislation should have been enacted by last Autumn, but due to delays likely Summer at earliest
