Gibraltar Falls tragedy: Patrick Prevett second in days to die at popular waterfall near Canberra

The Queanbeyan man was visiting Gibraltar Falls, southwest of Canberra, with his sister and friends when he slipped at the top of the 50-metre cascade waterfall. He's the second man within a week to die.
