GII, Logipoint create JV for $300m logistics platform in KSA

Gulf Islamic Investments (GII) and Logipoint, a subsidiary of SISCO, have signed an agreement to create a joint venture for a logistics platform providing Grade A warehousing solutions across in a deal worth SR1 billion ($300 million).
