Ahead of Goa election, ex-BJP MLA Carlos Almeida joins Congress

On Wednesday, former BJP MLA in Goa Carlos Almeida joined the Congress. This comes a day after he resigned from the ruling party and the legislative Assembly and only a few months before the Goa polls.
