Gov. Wolf Highlights Legacy Manufacturing, Workforce Investments at Philly Shipyard Tour

Gov. Wolf today toured Philly Shipyard, Inc. and its Training Academy to highlight a $1.1 million ​state investment, awarded to the Delaware County Community College, to train 315 individuals through a free welding and shipbuilding training program.
