Hampton City Council to vote on warehouse project at former school

The Hampton City Council will vote Wednesday evening on whether to allow developers to transform the site of a former school for deaf, blind and disabled students on Shell Road into industrial warehouses. The $94 million project has been the source of significant controversy among neighboring property owners.
