Two drug-dealing brothers who took over a vulnerable woman’s flat have been jailed.
Sufyan and Ousama Elbakali were discovered in the woman's home in Parsonage Leys, Harlow, after being called to the property in April 2019 to carry out a welfare check after being warned she was at risk of being exploited by drugs gangs.
As officers spoke to the woman, it became clear the pair didn’t know her and officers suspected they were involved in drug dealing.
