The Spar outlet in Station Road, Haworth, was shut for six weeks whilst work was carried out.
A temporary pop-up shop was located in the car park.
The new-look store includes a Graham Eyes butchery counter and Clayton Park deli facility.
And as part of the refurbishment, a new floor, fridges and shelving were installed and there is a Cheeky Coffee offering.
Plus, the store's exterior received a facelift.
Three new jobs have been created, taking the total workforce to 25.
The store is owned by James Hall & Co, Spar UK's wholesaler for the north of England.
Fiona Drummond, for James Hall & Co, said: "After 22 years in the village, we are delighted to unveil this latest investment for Spar Haworth, offering residents additional facilities and the very best in modern convenience shopping.
