Honolulu water board files $1.2B claim with Navy over Red Hill leaks

On the second anniversary of a toxic fuel release that sickened families, the Honolulu Board of Water Supply announced Tuesday it filed a $1.2 billion claim with the Navy to recover costs of the agency’s response to that catastrophic event.
