Housing Executive boss admits no guarantee as new contractors appointed to deliver £250m maintenance works

The head of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) has admitted there can be no guarantee that repair and maintenance work will go according to plan after new contractors were appointed to deliver £250m of work.
