PUBLIC NOTICES: Parts of north-east Swindon, Stratton and Wroughton to close for roadworks

STRATTON: Highway improvement works will close part of Oxford Road for six weeks.
The temporary traffic order (reference STR000140) will shut the A4312 between Winchester Close and Evergreen Road, the junction with Sandgate including 20 metres from the junction, and the junction with Nythe Road, including 40 metres from the junction. 
Traffic will be diverted via A419 southbound to Common Head Roundabout, A4259 Marlborough Road to Coate Roundabout, B4006 Dorcan Way to Greenbridge Roundabout and Slade Drive and vice versa.
The order will come into force on May 1, with work starting on May 2 and be completed six weeks later.
