The temporary traffic order (reference STR000140) will shut the A4312 between Winchester Close and Evergreen Road, the junction with Sandgate including 20 metres from the junction, and the junction with Nythe Road, including 40 metres from the junction. Five commuter rail agencies will receive a total of $40.26 million in grants for highway/rail grade crossing improvements from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in coordination with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
