Iconix Lifestyle India acquires IP rights of British brand Lee Cooper for India

The acquisition will allow Iconix Lifestyle India, a JV between Reliance Brands and Iconix Brand Group Inc, to expand Lee Cooper presence in India through enabling the brand’s distribution across all retail channels.
