Illegal coal mining in Meghalaya: Supreme Court seeks State reply in Centre's plea against High Court order to deploy CISF

The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice in a plea moved by the Central government against Meghalaya High Court's direction to deploy CISF to tackle illegal coal mining in the State.
