Images released for planned Gulch building

Additional images have been released regarding a tower planned for The Gulch site home to A+ Storage.
Chicago-based real estate investment, development and construction company LG is seeking a 16-story high-rise that will offer about 215,000 square feet of office space on six floors, 342 residential units on eight floors and a parking structure with 860 spaces. The tower will rise about 240 feet, making it one of downtown Nashville’s 50 tallest buildings if standing today.
Chicago-based Norr Architects (stylized as "NORR") is handling design. Of note, the building’s rooftop amenities space would offer a pool, a hot tub and a co-working room.
