Intel Raptor Lake Core i9-13900KF QS goes 6.2GHz OC using a chiller

An Intel Core engineering sample chip, the Core i9-13900KF QS, has been overclocked to 6.2Ghz on the P-cores and 5.2Ghz on the E-cores. This was made possible with the help of a chiller.
