ITC ordered to pay Rs 1 lakh compensation for a missing biscuit in packet, details here

In a recent consumer dispute, ITC Limited was directed by a consumer court to pay Rs 1 lakh in compensation to a customer, Mr. P Dillibabu, who received one biscuit less than advertised in a packet of Sunfeast Marie Light biscuits.
