MCLEAN, VA - JAG Management Company, the third-party management division of Jefferson Apartment Group, has assumed management of Brandywine Green—a luxury multifamily community in Brandywine, Maryland—on behalf of owner Penzance.
This new 243-unit Class A community, formerly Allora Crossing, was developed by Trammel Crow Residential and is owned by Penzance. The project delivered this spring and is already 50 percent leased.
