KC Mayor Lucas says $3M grant 'Real game changer' to clean up contaminated sites

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 presented KCMO with a $3 million grant Thursday to redevelop contaminated — or potentially contaminated — sites, known as Brownfields, in the city.
