You see Napa Union High school and School District office, which was locked down for a little while this morning as police looked for a possible shooter inside. That lockdown lifted. Lets begin with the Napa Police Department with the details. Sounds like it may have been in the parking lot, but we are trying to determine that. It was not inside starbucks and had nothing to do with starbucks. Reporter a High School Student . No, not affiliated with the unified School District or the high school. Reporter searched the School District and high school . Yeah, we did as precaution. Put napa high in and unified School Offices on lockdown. We did a security sweep of the school and lifted the lockdown. Reporter lifted about an hour ago. The suspect here got away in a late model green ford expedition. To the second shooting before 10 00 a. M. At 330 baywood lane, two and a half miles north of here, were told, an older victim. The first victim younger in his 20s. No specific information about the identities or conditions. Napa police say from the second shooting, they have two suspects in custody this morning. Now, we dont know, and they are not saying even if they do know, whether the shootings are related. They are asking suspects about that now, but the fact the victim here was young and second victim was old, certainly odd and strange. Police say they will have more information for us around noon, so any way you cut it, a strange morning in napa. Now to the peninsula, Stanford University and one of the schools fraternities respond to allegations someone drugged unsuspecting students at a frat function. Abc is live in stanford, matt . Reporter reggie, check this out, front page of the stanford daily. You see the headline says nonstudents expected of drugging seven. A University Spokesperson is not saying much this morning, only that this is an unconfirmed report, and that they are investigating. Students are not saying much either. Just reporter they had no comments this morning. The campus email publication and stanford daily report at least five members of the sore r sorority and two men suspect they were drugged in a party where there was alcohol. The staff saying those people experienced unusual symptoms aligning with that of taking a type of drug that is a minor tranquiliz tranquilizer. They are known as date rape drugs. They say the suspect was invited to the party and is a member of the dartmouth rowing team. I spoke with the police. Its under investigation. They are interviewing alleged victims and testing as well. The Sigma Fraternity said they are aware of the allegations that illegal substances were brought into an event by a nonmember provided to ateen dees without their knowledge. We are committed to working collaboratively with local authorities and Stanford University to see the perpetrator brought to justice. Immigration officials may be planning a sweep right here in the bay area. I. C. E. Agents raided 711 stores last week looking for undocumented immigrants. This sweep is expected to be bigger. The chronicle reports federal agents are looking to arrest 1500 people in northern california, mostly in the bay area. I. C. E. Agents from across the country will be flown in to help. An anonymous source says the operation is expected to take place within weeks. This morning, university of california president urged students who are part of the deferred action childhood arrivals program, daca, renew applications. Last week, a court ruling blocked the Trump Administration from ending the program, at least until lawsuits can play out. She says students lived in uncertainty, and the program should be made permanent. As we go through the court battle, really, the only way to remove is for congress to act. The Justice Department says this week they are asking to overturn the ruling and allow it to end daca. An order issued freeing the student detained by border patrol.
