We do know the president s allies will be front and center for his speech as vip tickets were only given to republican organizations. She looked so sad, and i just sad ill take her, and then tammy reached out to me and said if thats true, lets get in contact. I fostered her for tammy, and then she never left. Now, whether youre planning on traveling this week or next month, vacations, that can really add up. How can you save money on hotels . 7 on your sides Michael Finney is here with help. Travel app hopper recently conducted a study on hotel costs, and the mistakes people make when booking a hotel room. So joining me now with more on this is Lee Anna Corwin from hopper. Let me start with whats the biggest mistake we make . I think the number one mistake people make is booking at the very last minute. There are so many myths out there, but the one people seem to hold onto is that they have to wait until the day before to get a really good deal. At hopper, what we found is that it really depends on where youre traveling. So if youre going to a big city, somewhere that typically has, you know, a lot of business travelers, you can find a really good deal one to two weeks in advance. So if youre willing to be a little bit flexible with where you stay, you can wait until closer to your actual, you know, checkin date. However, if youre going somewhere, you know, like an island or the beaches, somewhere thats more of a leisure destination, you actually will get a better deal two to three months in advance. I thought the point of waiting until the last minute was if its an empty room, theyll give you a deal because its better to have your 50 bucks than no bucks at all . Yeah, so that definitely does still apply for those kind of last minute rate filling deals that you can find. However, not every hotel is going to participate in that keend kind of program, and you can actually find more options if you give yourself one to two weeks. However, of course, you can still find some of those really great deals, you just need to be super flexible if you want to wait until the day before you go.
