Sonoma county is also looking at buying this house on davis street and two others and turning them into homeless shelters. Its a giant waste of money. Questions that arose after the high school announced via email that the independent high School Sponsored by the sisters of mercy for 68 hours will close this june. Today even i was discussing like what classes i would take in my senior year and things like that. Several parents said they felt blindsided. We have to look for alternative options. Mercy has offered to help in with transitions to other schools. The schools basketball coach learned about the news at the same time everyone else did.
