Classes may resume next week. The school year could be extended to make up for the missed days. The search continues for the remains of a missing couple in marine county. Theyre from palo alto. They disappeared while on a hiking treep o hiking trip one week ago. Its now a search and recovery mission. They believe the couple would have been found by now if they were in an area accessible by foot. Deputies thought they had a lead when canine pointed this em to shell beach. The u. S. Coast guard will aid with the search using boats, jet skis and helicopters and drones throughout the weekend.
