Knell, Cathey say Casper may want to reject Spotlight, Wyoming Downs bar and grill requests

CASPER, Wyo. — At least two members of the Casper City Council are hesitant to award bar and grill licenses to either the Spotlight Lounge or to Wyoming Downs.
The city has two available bar and grill licenses and the Casper City Council will hear presentations from both Spotlight Lounge and Wyoming Downs representatives on Tuesday. A third business, Mouthful had previously expressed interest in obtaining one of the available bar and grill licenses, but withdrew its application on Monday.
