Out of the 5,300 homes that burned in Sonoma County only about a third of the home owners have given perms so far for the army corps to come in and clean up. San francisco down over an inch and san jose nearly 3 4 inch behind. I think well make up tloeft a little bit of this with the storm stp. Tomorrow morning its mainly the cloud cover on the increase.
