He says Law Enforcement officers must secure their weapons. Bay area Law Enforcement agencies alone lost or had stolen 750 firearms since 2012. We know if they are properly locked and stored less likely to be used in criminal activity. Less likely to be stolen. Reporter police chief declines several interview requests we caught up with him.
