We begin with that breaking news, a richmond spa is under investigation for a potential outbreak of legionnaires disease linked to two deaths. Contra costa health says its closed zen day spa on san pablo avenue. The closure came after the deaths were reported separately to the agency. Investigators say both people had reportedly been at the spa just days before they started showing symptoms. A third person was also infected after using the spas jacuzzi in june but has since recovered. Health Officials Say they dont have any records showing the spa was ever issued a permit to have a spa or pool. Investigators have taken samples of the spas water to be tested, and those results are expected by early next week. The Health Department is asking anyone who visited the spa to seek immediate medical care if they experience any symptoms. In terms of triple digits, talking Solano County, probably the trivalley around this time tomorrow as High Pressure bakes in those warmer temperatures just in time for the weekend. 90 days in san rafael. San jose, as you mentioned, not too bad. Dropping to 82 degrees. And no heat around San Francisco to oakland, were comfortably in the mid 60s to low 70s. Notice the 24hour temperature change. They have trended up. Toward Solano County, 96 degrees now in fairfield, and you see near 90 degrees in morgan hill. From here well still have that ocean air conditioning, Cool Temperatures on the coast, but starting tomorrow well begin to see temperatures rise by another five to eight degrees which should mean trivalley and Solano County into the 100degree temperature range as we also watch quickly cooling temperatures moving forward through next week.
