Reporter criminal defense attorney anthony graf said a few moments will determine the rest of jose garciazarates life. What were the circumstances leading up to the moment that gun was fired . Was it murder or manslaughter . Its not a robbery. Theres no relationship between the parties and i think thats challenging when pursuing a murder verdict.
