An update now on a Homicide Investigation in San Francisco. Prosecutors say the suspect shot two men over the alleged rape of his girlfriend. The shooting happened at oak and stanyan streets last weekend near the panhandle of the golden gate park. A 28yearold man died. The other is still in the hospital. After the shooting, officers say 31yearold Joel Armstrong carjacked an suv. It was later found three miles away behind an rv. Armstrong was inside the rv. He refused to come out. Officers fired several shots which got him to surrender. He is now facing a long list of felony charges. One of three suspects in a 2016 homicide has reached a plea deal with San Mateo County prosecutors. The District Attorneys Office says Olivier Adela pleaded no contest to charges he acted as an accessory to murder. So this was 3 p. M. Yesterday. Then on hidef doppler, we saw some more snow falling near mount hamilton. So this is all east of san jose in the hills at about 4,000 feet elevation. So i want to show you what it looks like there right now. We are starting to get a little bit of the light of the day. So its kind of hard to see but it looks to be another dusting. So it looks like some of that snow actually stuck to the ground. And it stuck around all night because our temperatures are that cold. Yes, its very cold out there.
