Is alive look at the cam and you can see our temperatures are in the 40s and the 50s. Another cool start for sure. 47 in concord, San Francisco, 55. San jose at 52. As we head to the afternoon, daytime highs will be in the 60s and 70s later today. 71 for a high in oakland, 73 looking at the lay hope. Looking at 74, along these pacifica. There is a chance to see an isolated chance or sprinkle, i will talk about that coming up and a bit. It is have that bridge check with tiana. At morning. Taking a look at our bay area bridges right now, so far, so good. If you are hitting the road early in your take on plan on taking the bay bridge, you should be good to go. We got about 20 cars stacking up but nothing out of the ordinary. Heading into the city with no delays want to get into San Francisco. If you are taking the san mateo bridge across the bay, that is moving along nicely with no travel. No trouble. Right now, no delays on the Golden Gate Bridge. Just a heads up, they do have an ongoing roadwork just north of the bridge through the waldo grade, doesnt look like there is too much roadwork on the bridge itself. This morning, some of the first passengers to just about the grand princess cruise ship have arrived at Travis Air Force base for their first night on land. In 18 days. Right now, there are around 150 evacuees at Travis Air Force base, more are expected to arrive later today. It is still unclear how long these bay area colleges plan to stick with online and remote classes. San franciscos high school plans to reopen tomorrow. It has been closed since thursday afternoon after the parent of a student tested positive for the coronavirus. So far, the student is not showing any symptoms. There are some people that are saying you should close all the schools now, we want to prevent infection in of course, the health of our students and our employees is paramount, but, there are a lot of impacts and, you know, two closing schools. The School Closing goes against the recommendation of the health department, but many parents support the decision. The Palo Alto School district also announced it will be suspended a large gathering and even considered suspending prom.
