According to the Health Department a resident of the east bay postacute center has also died. There are a total of 45 confirmed cases at that facility. The governor is laying out six key indicators that will guide officials on when and how to pull back on stayathome orders. They include testing and contact tracing, protecting the most at risk individuals figuring out how hospitals are able to handle surges and schools and businesses could handle physical distancing and the ability to determine when to reinstitute certain measures if necessary.
