Luckily that warning was called off without any damaging waves. This is video as the sirens were going off in kodiak overnight. The quake centered in the water and that tsunami warning was for south alaska, the peninsula and the aleutian islands. So you can imagine that was a lot of people that were trying to get to Higher Ground all at one time before it was called off about two hoaftethe quake. As far as any injuries or damage from that quake, we have not heard of any yet but we are talking about some remote areas so were going to continue to follow that for you. Back to you. Len. So the Positivity Rate for california is up. The hospitalization rate is also up as well. Just how bad is it . Well, take a look. The seven day average for california now to nearly 9200 cases per week. The seven day average from a week prior was about 8300 and what we still dont have is rapid widely available covid testing at the testing site at the embarcadero in San Francisco, the wait time for an appointment is now two weeks. The other big problem . The state Health Secretary says when california started reopening a few weeks ago, many people treated that as a green light to resume normal life. The data trends turn to such a place where we are not confident we will get there, there will be potential for further dimming in parts of the state. Certainly those counties that were monitoring closely. M. , san pedro street where we are right now will shut down for Outdoor Dining and it will be the first public street in the city of san jose to do so. John and in fact we can see some of these flashing lights with the road closed signs here getting ready to get put into place later on today. One proposal on the table was to cut the departments budget by 50 over the next two years. The mayor schaaf says the council already redirected money from opd as well as launching a thoughtful and responsible process over the next nine months to analyze a 50 reduction in Police Spending by the next budget action.
