San joses willow glen neighborhood is always a Gathering Spot and tonight even with coronavirus cases shooting up in Santa Clara County it was no different. The sidewalks were busy with people, most wearing masks, but many were not. I think most people that we hang out with take it pretty serious, but i know theres a lot of young people that are doing things that i wouldnt do. Reporter eight months into the pandemic Health Officials say we understand more about how the virus is spread. We know that the highest risk for covid transmission is to be inside with others without your mask. Reporter that should be an easy fix. Stay outside. Keep your face mask on. Maintain social distancing. Reporter the other thing we now know is that the virus is being spread by infected people without symptoms and with cold weather forcing more people inside and people gathering up for the holidays l of alcases it could be a deadly combination.
