Usually its about an hour to 90 minutes after you get your wristband so you can go get lunch, you can lead this location and come back typically without a lot of organization we have seen traffic backed up into traffic that in this particular case the wristband is all you need. This is the location in san jose, its san antonio elementary located at 1721 east san antonio, it begins at 1 oclock in the afternoon goes all the way into 6 oclock in the evening. Chief garcia served in almost every branch of the department from traffic to homicide.
