Alameda countys search and rescue crew spent the day trying to find a man who fell off a boat and never resurfaced. Two investigators tell police that they saw the man female off the boat. So far they havent found any sign of that man. And in danville, firefighters put out a fast moving grass fire this afternoon. The flames only burned 2 acres before firefighters could get the upper hand. No injuries were reported and no buildings were damaged. Authorities are still trying to figure out exactly what started the fire. Graphic video was released today of a graphic shooting. A federal judge ordered the video be released. You see a man put his hand up. He then takes off his hat, puts his hand down and thats when he was shot and killed. Another person was injured. The city of guardenia had thought about keeping the video secret. The men had been stopped as part of an investigation into a stolen bicycle. More questions tonight for Vallejo Police involving that bizarre kidnap for ransom case. At first the Department Said it never happened, but the fbi has now made an arrest in that case. Court papers show uber has reached a tentative settlement in a wrongful death case of a 6 yearold girl. Sofia lu was struck and killed by a driver for uber in San Franciscos tenderloin. Researchers studied a Computer Task when they had no distractions then again when they received calls or message alerts on their cell phones.
