Army corps when it rains it can potentially next week the city of houston will have even more problems with Something Like a levy breaking. Because they are releasing they are the water, if youve had a little bit of flooding you need to get out now because it is going to get worse u. S. Army corps is going to get worse because they need to release water for 15 days. If they dont get the water out now and it rains it can be catastrophic for the city of houston. We have met a lot of people that dont live in this area, and maybe there homes were not damaged but they went out to try and help. The whole time they were out trying to help that friend the mother told us her house had been flooded as well. She needed at some point to get her home to check on her things, before she did that, she was trying to help out 1 of her friends. We also saw a deputy with the Harris CountySheriffs Office who had been at the area where we were all day, a flooded neighborhood, and he helped an elderly couple who had finally decided to leave their home. We found out later that the elderly couple were actually his inlaws. He had been there all day helping other people, meanwhile his family was stuck back in the home as well. That is the thing that is incredible. Strangers helping strangers. And some people coming together to risk their own lives to save people who are in so much trouble there.
