Sunday morning in napa a neighbor shot this video of a man being taken into custody by ice agents. Part of enforcement action threatened by the feds. In a bold move today, oaklands mayor said she was told by credible sources that u. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or ice were planning several raids. Everal raids.
