They had temporary fencing installed around the field, but quickly discovered the swine dont give up very easily. What they have come up with is a 700 foot, four foot high fence that will replace the fence that you see here. The installation of this fence could take at least a month. That is because the Fencing Company is so busy right now because many residents are calling them to have fences installed around their property because they too are being victims of these wild pigs. Andre, if they do all of that damage just last night . Reporter no, this damage started on october 1st. The first time the damage here happened, they came out and installed this temporary fence. The pigs came back a couple of days later, worked their way around the fence, found their way in, and did some more damage again. They came back out here and shorten this fence so the pigs cannot get underneath the fence next time. A shooting in newark killed a 15yearold boy, and another 15yearold boy is in custody. Ktvu crime reporter, henry lee tells us the victim had just started at a new school. Reporter loved ones are grieving over the the shooting death of anthony guzman. The 15yearold boy was shot at his home in newark. There was light flashing i could see in our bedroom window. I got up, it was saturated with police cars. Reporter police were called to the home about 11 30 thursday night. Anthony was taken to a hospital, but could not be saved. While on scene, our office is located what they believed to be the firearm involved in the shooting and made the arrest of another 15yearold male juvenile. Reporter police would not say what led up to the shooting and what charges the 15year old will face. He was a student with great potential. We are deeply sorry and grieving his loss. Hayward officials would not complement on the settlement, but describe it as a compromise with the family. The Coroners Office found nelson died accidentally, the result of a heart attack involving drugs in his system. It is a northerly wind moving from the north and starts to kick in as we can to wednesday morning, you see the start to roll in. Was the evening, particularly in the overnight ho now you start to see 30, 32 mileperhour wind gust. We can see higher than that elevation. Overnight wednesday into thursday, this is 5 00 a. M. , that is when the most dangerous time will occur. These are the conditions that make a fire weather watch necessary when the National Weather service is looking. It is because gust will be 45, 55 miles per hour. That relative humidity dropping down into the teens, thankfully, temperature also pulling back a little. That will help.
